Norman, America = Love

Nick, Allison and I go to Norman  A LOT!  We like to consider it early brainwashing for our little "Sooner To Be."  Trips typically include lots of running on OU campus, swimming, shopping, LOTS of Orange Leaf Yogurt and when it is that magical time of year...SOONER FOOTBALL.  In other words, very positive and fun things for Allison to LOVE about Norman! Allison loves Brett and Alesha and of course seeing her grandparents, Ed and Nancy. We went to Norman to attend a wedding of one of Nick's OU classmates.  It was a beautiful event and we had a great time.  Brett and Alesha were even sweet enough to keep our little Allison.  It was a fun night for Nick and I to go enjoy and see some old friends.  Thanks B-rabbit and Aicha!   Here we are before the wedding...

While we were at the wedding, Brett and Alesha took Allison to Ted's for Mexican food. She ate 4 tortillas, a sopapilla and too many chips to count.  In fact, Brett emailed a video of Allison downing a tortilla in a record time...12 seconds.  Yup, that would be my child.  I like carbs too.
Also, while visiting we were able to visit our sweet friend, Staci.  They have a precious little boy, Luke, and a new sweet baby girl, Lyla.   Allison loved playing with Luke.  She wanted to hold Lyla so badly!  It was too cute.  Here are a few shots of all three kiddos in Staci's beautiful home.

As much as we love our little West Texas home, we always hate to leave Norman.  Sooner Born, Sooner Bred!
